After 42 deeply rewarding years in the practice of medicine, I am writing to share that I will be retiring from medical practice effective April 30, 2026.
It has been a true privilege to care for you and your family over the years. I am profoundly grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for the relationships that have made my career so meaningful.
To allow for an orderly transition, new patients will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2026. I will continue to care for established patients through my retirement date.
Your medical records will be maintained by a certified medical records custodian, in full compliance with all applicable privacy and retention requirements. Additional details regarding record access and requests will be provided prior to my retirement.
While I will greatly miss the daily interactions with my patients, I look forward to this next chapter with gratitude for the many years I have shared with many of you.
